By downloading or using any application published by va Visual Acoustic Technologies GmbH (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
License and eula
Your use of our iOS apps is subject to the Apple Standard eula. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps in accordance with that eula.
Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Apple Music
Some features require an active Apple Music subscription. We are not responsible for Apple Music service availability, pricing, or terms. Your use of Apple Music is governed by your agreement with Apple.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with third-party services such as Discogs and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our apps, including by attempting to interfere with security, reverse engineer beyond what is permitted by applicable law, or use our apps in a way that violates third-party terms (including Apple's terms).
Intellectual Property
Our apps and their content, features, and design are owned by va Visual Acoustic Technologies GmbH and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, our apps are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, va Visual Acoustic Technologies GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
